- You will receive the necessary assistance free of charge at the emergency department.
- The doctor at the emergency department will assess the need for further assistance after reviewing the information provided by you and your relatives.
- If necessary, they will call a mental health specialist (psychologist or psychiatrist) to consult with you.
- During the consultation, the psychiatrist or psychologist will talk to you and assess your need for assistance.
- You will work together to decide what kind of help you want, draw up a plan for assistance, and determine in detail how, where, and when the assistance will be provided. The consultation lasts for 45-90 minutes.
